Shipping

Our products are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your hat is made to order and shipped directly to you.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days, depending on the product and fulfilment location.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Printify ships globally, so wherever you are, we can get a hat to you.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, please use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your hat arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

As our products are made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or fault.
